We were very dissatisfied with our experience at this location. We called the previous day asking for a very specfic part, including giving the associate the part number from your web site. The associate said that none were in stock but the part could be ordered the next day by 10:30am. We arrived at 10:40am and were informed no order had been placed but the part was in stock, purchased the part and upon trying to install the part realized we were sold the wrong one. We attempted to contact the store to find out if the part we actually needed was in stock and the associate put us on hold for 15 minuites and never got back on the line. We hung up and drove back to the store. The associate, Queneshia M., was very attitudinal and not very knowledgeable or helpful. Finally we were able to make the exchange. The new part was also sold without the military discount the original part had. Overall, very dissatisfied and will not be returning. Feedback: Not suck.
